I have over 10 years of experience in the technology recruitment sector, working with some of the most innovative and disruptive businesses in the UK. I founded Search Allies in March 2021, with a vision to provide our clients and candidates with mutual benefit, trust, and reliability in their search journeys.

As Principal Recruiter, I employ a hands-on, head-hunter approach, supporting our clients with their hiring projects, be it a single hire or more across IT, Technology & Data, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Operations, HR, Finance & Accounting.

Dean Wells


With over 10 years recruitment experience across EMEA & APAC in Enterprise Software, Cloud & Technology, Dean brings with him extensive knowledge and expertise to develop innovative sourcing strategies to address client & stakeholder requirements.

He has a proven track record of engaging passive candidates at all levels to build talent pools as well as direct recruiting through various sources. Key specialism is Sales, GTM & Marketing however has an abundance of experience across Technical & Corporate hiring too.
