Our client, an industry leader in the health and fitness space, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Insight Executive to join their talented marketing team. Supporting 18 premium health and wellness clubs across the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to combine creative flair with data-led strategy in a role that offers genuine variety and impact.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in delivering high-performing email marketing campaigns, optimising digital activity through data analysis, and enhancing user experiences across websites. A particular focus will be on email communications—planning, creating, managing automation, and measuring effectiveness—using tools like Brevo (or similar platforms).

You’ll also support web updates, collaborate with external agencies, and provide insights using Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and member feedback. Working closely with sales, membership, and operations teams, you’ll help shape the voice and impact of marketing campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and customer journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Primary responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage email marketing campaigns across the group

  • Develop automation and tailored email journeys for members and prospects

  • Track and report campaign performance, recommending optimisations

  • Support with website updates, landing pages, and online forms

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external web agencies

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of digital strategies

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Analyse digital marketing data and campaign insights

  • Support customer research through surveys and feedback

  • Build monthly marketing scorecards to monitor key metrics

  • Report on paid media performance and offer improvement strategies

About You

  • 2+ years in a digital marketing role with strong analytical skills

  • Experienced in email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar)

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and website CMS

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel (1–2 club visits per month)

  • Basic HTML knowledge and confident with Microsoft Office tools
