Finance Manager

Job Details

The Finance Manager will oversee Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, Management Accounting, and provide assistance with Audit processes. They will also be involved in Strategic and Performance Analysis.

 

Main Duties:

Preparation of monthly forecasts and maintenance of financial models

Assistance in preparing monthly Management Accounts

Business partnering with senior stakeholders

Generation of financial KPIs and provision of insights

Management of working capital

Providing information to senior management for strategic and operational decision making

Support for improvement initiatives such as process automation and technological implementation

Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis

Offering assistance to the Head of Finance as needed

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

A strong degree from a reputable university

Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)

Experience in FP&A

Ability to assess the impact of changes on overall profitability and business performance

Experience in professional services is preferred but not required

Proficiency in forecasting, modelling, and data analytics

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/business intelligence software is preferred but not required

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive with a drive for positive change

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the firm

Positive, curious, creative, and open-minded

Tenacious and capable of thriving under pressure
