Rowan brings over 10 years of technical recruitment experience, specialising in DevOps, cloud, and software engineering. Before moving into recruitment, he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer — giving him a strong technical foundation that helps him deeply understand the roles he recruits for.
He’s worked with both high-growth UK startups and global financial institutions on complex hiring projects. Alongside Tim, Rowan has delivered large-scale recruitment programmes for clients ranging from early-stage tech firms to Tier 1 banks.
His practical, informed approach makes him a trusted partner when scaling engineering teams.
With over 12 years recruitment experience across EMEA & APAC in Enterprise Software, Cloud & Technology, Dean brings with him extensive knowledge and expertise to develop innovative sourcing strategies to address client & stakeholder requirements.
He has a proven track record of engaging passive candidates at all levels to build talent pools as well as direct recruiting through various sources. Key specialism is Sales, GTM & Marketing however has an abundance of experience across Technical & Corporate hiring too.
